Refund policy

We do not accept returns on any items that are customized or personalized. For items that are not custom or personalized to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Item must be shipped within 7 days of delivery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. If your item was damaged during shipping, please keep all packaging material as well as the box. A claim will need to be filed with the shipping provider.
