Honor your ancestry with The Knight’s Legacy Crest — a Custom Crafted coat of arms plaque that embodies the courage and refinement of classical heraldry. This distinctive design features a side-facing knight’s helmet surrounded by sweeping mantling and your choice of one or two banners for family names or mottos. By default, the design includes a single lower banner, but an optional upper banner can be added for a truly traditional display.
Each crest can also be customized with a torse and feather plume or an upper crest above the helmet upon request. The shield area is fully customizable, allowing you to include your family’s authentic coat of arms or personal emblem. Available in Walnut, Cherry, and Oak, every piece is Hand Finished to accentuate the unique character of the wood grain and sealed with pure beeswax unless you prefer a natural finish.
All sizes up to 15" are fitted with a sawtooth hanger, while the 24" version includes eyehooks and a wire hanger for secure wall display. Before production begins, a digital proof is sent for your approval, and you can upload images for your shield design using the image submission box.

Materials & Craft
We use locally sourced lumber from Central Illinois. Each piece is designed, CNC carved, hand-sanded, and finished to highlight the wood’s natural character. Popular hardwoods include walnut, white oak, and cherry. Finish: all-natural beeswax for a rich, warm sheen and wood-safe protection. Due to the nature of real wood, grain and tone will vary—making every crest one-of-a-kind.
