This amazing box is made from 100% solid American rustic white oak. The box lid features a carved American flag and a 3D military emblem of your choice carved by our CNC machines all in the same piece of oak. We will also personalize the lid with your soldiers name, rank etc... at NO additional charge. Please notice that the corners of our boxes utilize finger joint construction that not only adds to the aesthetics of the box but also the durability. The hinges used on the lid are spring loaded cabinet grade hinges to support the heavy oak lid when the box is open. We use red/white/blue wood stain on the flag and early American on the seal. Once finished, we seal each box with a polyacrylic finish and then top it off with a coat of beeswax. You will not find another box like this on the internet! It is absolutely built like a tank with the intention to be handed down for generations. We only use the highest quality solid hardwoods and never use plywood, softwood like pine, mdf, veneer or manufactured woods. Wood grains will vary and each box is truly unique.
