You are viewing a gorgeous decorative wavy American Flag with the military branch of your choice carved in 3D as shown in the image. Please look closely at the seal carvings of our flags. They are a true 3-D relief carving unlike many flags you will find on Esty. Almost all other flags you will find on the internet use a carving process called "V-Carving" on the seal which is quick to produce but only yields a 2-D effect. Each flag takes several hours to carve and produces a true 3 dimensional wood carving of the absolute highest quality at a price equal or below other flags you will find. Your flag can be personalized with the text of your choice to commemorate your loved one's service. This wooden flag is a perfect gift for the recent graduate, retiree, or any special occasion when a unique gift is needed. Each flag is stained traditional red/white/blue and then finished in high gloss polyacrylic. For wall mounting, we will route a keyhole notch in the rear of the flag. We currently offer this flag in 4 different sizes. Flags displayed in photographs is the 16"x8". Please be sure to select desired size at checkout.

All of our flags are made from locally sourced solid hardwood (normally white oak, white ash or red oak depending on what our supplier has available). We never use soft woods like pine or spruce.

Each order is individually made and takes several hours per sign to carve on our CNC. After this we hand sand and finish each sign. All signs are then carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed for a safe journey to their new home. Signs include sawtooth hangers for wall hanging.
